Unidentified WWII Streamline Omnibus in WH service
As you probably know, WH wasn’t well equipped during WWII.
So to fix that situation, many civilian vehicles from all around Europe
were confiscated and put into service. There are many fotos of very rare,
“exotic” vehicles with “WH” number plates. This is one of those.
It has very strong Art Deco vibes from 30’s – streamline body and very futuristic looking.
Kinda similar in spirit to the Tatra T87, which makes me think it is very probable it was Czech-made…
However, I never found any decisive evidence of origin, manufacture, or model.
